They include meats, dairy, grains and poultry; sea foods, plain yoghurt or low fat milk, eggs, skinless chicken, nuts, beans and lentils, just to mention a few. Fruits usually have a smaller composition of phosphorous. This mineral should not miss in any of your meals for strong teeth. However, be cautious of the odor brought about these products. If small particles are left in the mouth, they are likely to combine with bacteria forming a sulphur-like smell which lies on the tongue.
